Hey everyone it's been a while.  We hope you didn't forget about us.

The last few months have been super busy.  Covered a bunch of
shows in June before heading out to Vegas for my job at the
licensing expo.  July had Taste Of Chaos Festival in San Bernardino,
the Goo Goo Dolls at the Greek and Cruefest at the Whisky A Go Go.

August has been the craziest month thus far.  We shot and
interviewed so many bands at the Van's Warped Tour from August
5th-9th and we spoke to Juliet Simms after returning from Vegas
after completing our coverage at the Warped Tour.  Last week I had
surgery but recovering very well.  And tomorrow we will be covering
Culture Club at the Hollywood Bowl which will be amazing!

Because of surgery updates will be a little slow but we already have
been posting photos from Warped Tour and other shows.  Stay
tuned for many more updates.

Also wanted to point out that our interview with Buddy from Senses
Fail from Warped Tour has had the block removed and is now
viewable in the US.  There will be a new interview with him at the
Taste Of Chaos Festival going up shortly.

March 30, 2016 12:47pm
Our Taste Of Chaos Festival 2016 preview is now up and can be

can be found

More updates coming very shortly as soon as I fix some site errors.

Hello everyone, I know it's been a few weeks since our last update.
I haven't been able to edit photos and interviews due to a pinched
nerve in my right arm.  I've been dealing with this for the last month
or so and it seems to be getting worse.  All I can do at this time is
rest it when it's acting up and try and get stuff done when I'm not in
pain.  I've also fractured one of my ribs and the pain meds make me
a bit out of it.  Hope you all understand and bear with us right now.

We have some new interviews and photos going up today at some
point.

October 11, 2013 10:50am
I apologize for even less updates as of recently.  I have a serious
health condition that  I just found out about and the treatment has
been making me really sick.  I will be attending shows here and there
and getting photos and stuff up.  Julie will be posting all the
interviews due to my editing software not running on Windows 8 and
my laptop breaking once again.

Last week I attended the Reverend Crow show at The Roxy and the
Battle Of The Bands at Slidebar in Fullerton.  Photos of the band will
be up soon.

August 23, 2013 4:40am
I know it's been a while since we've posted anything.  Since the
beginning of July I have been in and out of the hospital and pretty
sick.  I'm doing better and slowly trying to catch up on work.  My
laptop has broke once again and I have been unable to run our
video editing software on my desktop because it doesn't seem to be
compatible with Windows 8.  Please be patient as I try to figure this
out so I can get interviews from Warped Tour up.

We did however get our interview with William Beckett up.  His debut
solo album,
Genuine & Counterfeit, is in stores now.  All the photos
from Mayhem Festival are now up and we will finish getting photos
from Warped Tour, Hootenanny and Sunset Strip Music Festival up
shortly.

Canadian pop rocker Avril Lavigne just released the video for her
second single "Rock N Roll" on Tuesday and will be releasing the
single for the song this coming Tuesday on iTunes.  Her fifth studio
album release date has however been pushed back to November 5,
2013 and will be released on Epic Records.  No pre-order link is
available yet.  If you haven't seen her new video yet you can view it
here.

July 1, 2013 2:10am
We just posted a new review that can be found here.  Also we have
a ton of new photos from Warped Tour in the gallery section so
please be sure to check those out.  More to come along with
interviews.

June 3, 2013 3:33pm
We received some sad news today.  Mick Morris aka MickDeth, former
bassist of 18 Visions has passed away.  We will be posting
something for him this week including photos from the tour they did
with Avenged Sevenfold in 2006.

Warped Tour has announced that The Ataris and Mest have been
added to a handful of the California dates this summer.  Please check
out the
official website for more info.  We are looking forward to
seeing The Ataris in Ventura this summer.

May 15, 2013 5:45pm
Warped Tour and Mayhem Festival are just around the corner.  Which

Juliet Simms, etc up shortly.

We want to also welcome our new photographer/writer, Lor Myers to
the website.  If you want to check out her first review of the In
Flames show she attended go

February 8, 2013 2:00pm
A few months ago Temecula rock band Finch announced it would be
reuniting for two shows to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their
hit album, What It Is To Burn, one in Pomona and one in London.
Tickets sold out in under 5 minutes for these shows and fans
demanded they play their city so the band booked 3 more shows in
Pomona and other cities around the US and UK.

Last week I got to attend night 1 of the 4 sold out dates at the
Glasshouse in Pomona.  The band's set was brilliant and the fans
went nuts.  Everyone in the venue sang every word to every song off
the album with frontman Nate Barcalow.   The show was insane.
From what I've heard night 2 went even better.  The band will be
back at Glasshouse tonight and tomorrow night for the final 2
Southern California dates.  If you are attending the shows be sure to
purchase a limited edition hand printed poster.  Each night at
Glasshouse will have a different poster all being hand printed at the
venue.

We recently got to speak with guitarist Randy "R2K" Strohmeyer
about the future of the band, the 10 year anniversary shows and
other projects the band has been up to lately.  You can check the
interview by clicking on the picture of Randy to the right.  We also got
to shoot night 1 and the photos can be found in the photo section.

January 3, 2013 3:45am
Hope you all had a nice holiday!  Happy New Year!  We decided to
take a break for a few weeks to have a breather from working and to
celebrate the holidays.  But now we are back.

Right now I have our new interview with Matt Toka up for you to
enjoy!  We will be adding sets of photos later today as well.

Goodnight world!

October 24, 2012 11:00pm
In April 2009 we interviewed Damone drummer Dustin Hengst about
the bands last album, Roll The Dice.  Unfortunately it was lost and
never made it onto the site.  I just found it and I'm posting it for you
now.  Since then Dustin has passed away.  Thank you Dustin for this
interview.  Rest in peace.  Click
here to read the interview.

Last year Silverchair announced they were going on an indefinate
hiatus.  Since then drummer Ben Gillies has emerged with a new
project called Bento, in which he sings and fronts.  We recently got to
sit down and chat with him over a call about it, his debut album and
the bands plans.  This interview will be posted soon.

I have finished moving all the galleries and am working on getting
some photos from our old print magazine up.  So far we got photos
of Something Corporate, Finch, Sugarcult, Letter Kills, Simple Plan
and Good Charlotte up.  More soon!

Happy October everyone!  Halloween is just around the corner!
Who's excited?

In the last week we posted a bunch of new photo sets and we are
making a bunch of minor changes to the website.  Last night we
attended Garbage's show at the Palladium.  All I can say is what a
magnificent live band! I will be posting a review this week.  Sorry no
photos this time.

Tonight we will be heading over to Jimmy Kimmel Live to see the
band again before heading over to The Roxy to shoot Never Like The
Movies.

More photos and updates soon!  The new interviews will be up by
the weekend!  Promise!

September 24, 2012 4:08am
Good morning everyone.

So my laptop's hard drive has crapped out yet again, while in the
middle of editing photos.  Thankfully all my files were able to be
saved so nothing has been lost.  Last time this happened we got
help from our friends at New Digital Guru to get my laptop up and
running for a couple months. This time either my laptop will have the
hard drive  replaced or I will be receiving a brand new laptop very
soon.  I am also getting a desktop pc which should make editing so
much easier and quicker.

This week we will hopefully have new interviews up as well as a few
new articles.  Keep an eye out here, on our
Twitter and our Facebook
for new updates!

Later today I will get back to work on photos of The Ataris, The
Rocket Summer, Static-X, Davey Suicide, Still Standing, etc.

September 7, 2012 3:12am
Wow it's September already?  I can't believe summer is over
already.  But at least there will be no shortage of shows.  I have
been so busy shooting 1-3 shows every night lately.  Last night I
shot KingQueen at the Viper Room, Carrera a the Whisky and
Awaken The Empire at The Roxy.  Tonight I'm shooting Still Standing
at House Of Blues and Tranzkuntinental at the Viper Room and
Casper & The Bad Spirits and Lady Sinatra at the Viper Room
tomorrow.  As soon as I get a few free days expect lots of photos

Our new Band Of The Month is Stitched Up Heart.  More updates later.

July 24, 2012 4:45am
I reuploaded the interviews a different way which has resolved the
issues they were having before.  Our new Featured Artist/Band is
Matt Toka!  he is currently out rocking the Ernie Ball & Kevin Says
stages this summer at the Van's Warped Tour.

Photos of New Found Glory & Neo Geo from the Warped Tour and
photos from Hootenanny will be up very shortly.  I have posted my
review of this year's Hootenanny.  You can view it
here.

July 17, 2012 2:45pm
We posted the new featured band interview with Matt Toka along
with the rest of the interviews from Warped Tour. Click the pictures
below to view them.  I apologize in advance, the videos became a
little shakey after uploading to YouTube for some reason.  I might
just reupload them onto the website.

Due to technical difficulties there is a delay on getting the remaining
2 sets of photos up from Warped Tour.  Please be patient with us.

July 9, 2012 9:00pm
Almost finished with Warped Tour photos from the Pomona and
Ventura dates.  We have everything up from this year's Extreme
Thing plus sets from Drop Dead LA, Never Like The Movies and
Stitched Up Heart.

If you haven't noticed we have revealed who our new
features/interviews are with.  I will have them all up in the next day
or so.  I also will be posting photos of Rancid, Jonny Two Bags,
Bouncing Souls, etc from the Hootenanny Festival this past weekend.
Keep checking back for more updates.

Warped Tour and bringing you new stuff from your favourite bands!

June 19, 2012 12:43pm
I just uploaded some new photo sets for Cassadee Pope and the All-

Glass.  They are a rock band out of Los Angeles fronted by the lovely
Shay Gerson.  The band will have their first show at the famous
Whisky A Go Go next Wednesday (6/27).

new photos in our blog very shortly soon.

March 28, 2012 4:39pm
I just received the set times for tomorrow's Warped Tour Kick Off
Show.  There are 2 Special Guests performing tomorrow.  I know who
one is and have a very good idea on who the other is but I cannot
tell.  Come to the show and find out.  I am pretty stoked about the
one I know about.

March 28, 2012 2:17pm
This week the All-American Rejects released their 4th studio album,
Kids In The Street.  The band's first single "Beekeeper's Daughter"
and title track "Kids In The Street" have been huge hits and receiving
a lot of airplay.  Last night the band performed those tracks along
with another new track off the album called "Fast & Slow" on ABC's
Jimmy Kimmel Live.  The band is currently out on tour supporting the
album.

The Used also released their new album, Vulnerable this week and
have been doing a handful of signings and small acoustic
performances to celebrate.  The band did their cd release party at
the Troubadour in Hollywood last night with an acoustic performance
to celebrate it's release.  On Saturday they will be performing at
Extreme Thing in Las Vegas with Less Than Jake, Anti-Flag, Unwritten
Law, Zebrahead, etc.

I will post reviews of both albums shortly.

March 28. 2012 1:49pm
American Hi-Fi have announced they have signed with Goomba
Music.  The band is currently recording their new album at frontman
Stacy Jones' Deathstar Studio in Los Angeles.  It is being produced
by the band John Fields.

March 28, 2012 1:30pm
I apologize I did not realize the news section was not showing up on
the website.  I resolved the problem and it looks like we work on
Google Chrome again.  Not sure what was going on with that.  Don't
worry we aren't going anywhere.

March 28, 2012 1:29pm
This week has been crazy and finally have a day off to get some
work done.  I'm in the process of uploading the rest of our photo
sets again since we had to move everything.  Hoping to have at least
half of the photos from 2006-2011 back up today as well as some
brand new photos. In the last few months our new photo sets have
received over 50,000 views.

On Monday night our friends I Killed The Symphony and the Butcher
Babies played at The Roxy.  I have some great photos to share from
that night.  Both bands were absolutely amazing!

Tomorrow we will be in attendance covering the 2012 Van's Warped
Tour Press Conference, Movie Screening & Kick Off Party.  If you live
in the LA area & would like to attend the show tickets are $8.50 and
available on the Club Nokia website.  I believe doors are at 6pm.
Some of the bands that will be performing are Falling In Reverse,
Dead Sara and Matt Toka and there will be special guest
appearances.

Also we will finally be running the contest for the signed Evolove &
Blameshift posters!  Keep an eye on our Twitter for updates.

March 12, 2012 11:45am
Since our last update we have moved and haven't had much chance
to get online to post some updates.  We did however post the
interviews with Blameshift and Evolove.  Over the weekend we saw
Street Drum Corps at The Roxy and they had a very special guest
with them, Adrian Young of No Doubt. We posted a few photos in our
blog and on our Facebook from the show. More from that show and
others coming very soon.

February 17, 2012 5:30am
The last week and a half has been so busy.  Photoshoots with
bands, sitting in on a band rehearsal, shows, after parties, etc.

Last week I was able to attend the sold-out Transplants show at The
Roxy Theatre.  I wasn't able to shoot due to it being arranged last
minute but had VIP and was able to attend the after party.  This was
the bands first show in about 7 years and it was phenomenal!

We also got to finally check out Cardiac last week as well.  I had first
met frontman Dave back in 2010 when his old band Stitched Up
Heart had first started.  This was a big show for them at The Roxy
last week.  I first got to hear them when I attended band rehearsal
the night before.  They're making quite a bit of buzz here in SoCal.
Check out my interview with them after the show.  (I apologize in
advance it's out of focus due to the lighting.)

I saw Evolove and Blameshift again at their final date of the Awake
The State Tour at The Roxy Theatre.  Interviews coming shortly as
well as photos of both bands and Neo Geo, Model Saint and Ink, who
also performed that night.

Also just switched up a few things on the website.  Hope you all like
it.  Going to be finishing fixing the articles/reviews pages this
weekend.

February 6, 2012 12:00pm
I apologize for the lack of updates the last week.   I'm currently
working on changing some things up on the website so sit tight.  I'm
also fixing the reviews section as well.  We also hope you enjoyed
our interviews with Cassadee Pope and Fall From Grace as well as
music from our new Band Of The Month, DropDead LA.

If you are in the LA area please come out to Zombie Prom on
Valentine's Day.  The show will be held at Boardners and will feature
DropDread LA, Ferroelectric (previously called Neon Fangs) and
Deacon & The Devil.  I will be the photographer for the event.

Also rock band Garbage are set to drop their 5th studio album, Not
Your Kind Of People, on May 14th.  This is the first album from the
band in 7 years and will be released on the bands own StunVolume
records.

January 27, 2012 3:00pm
Two years ago The Transplants drummer Travis Barker announced
the band had reunited and would begin writing for a new album that
year.  After being in and out of the studio working on new material
the band wrapped up recording in December 2011.  In 1999 Rancid
frontman Tim Armstrong and Rob Aston started the beginnings of
what would become The Transplants with Blink 182 drummer Travis
Barker joining in 2002.  The band rose to fame with their hits
“Diamonds & Guns” and “DJ DJ” off their debut self titled album in
2002 and “Gangsters & Thugs” their sophmore release, Haunted
Cities, in 2005. That year the band toured with the Van’s Warped
Tour which gained them new fans but later disbanded the following
year.  The bands highly antiticpated third album is expected to drop
this spring and will be playing their first show in almost 6 years with
a sold out show at The Roxy in Hollywood, CA early next month.

January 25, 2012 5:00pm
Cassadee Pope, the cute front woman for the rock band Hey Monday
has recently announced a US tour starting at the Chain Reaction in
Anaheim on Friday January 27th and wrapping up at the Culture
Room in Fort Lauderdale on February 24th.  Her band, Hey Monday,
who have toured the world and have been on big tours such as
Warped Tour announced their hiatus at the end of 2011 and
Cassadee announced she would be working on a solo project.  She
recently did a really amazing piano cover of Natalie Imbruglia's hit
"Torn" and have given a preview of one of her new songs "Lunatic"

coming to a city near you check our tour dates section.

years since the band released their last album, Sifting

the album for "18 And Out" will be shot at the bands
album release show in Seattle this Friday.

At the end of March, multi-platinum rock band the All-
American Rejects will release their highly anticipated
fourth studio album, Kids In The Street.  The album was produced by
Greg Wells, who's known for his work with some other well known
artists such as Katy Perry.  "Somebody's Gone" was released as a
promotional single back in December but the official single will be
"Beekeeper's Daughter".  It will premiere on the hit teen drama

their home at Warner Brothers and have started their
own label Anger Music Group through indie label
Hopeless Records.  The first single off the album "I

working on the music video for it.  The official

Happy Holidays everyone!

October 18 , 2011 1:00pm
Sorry for the lack of updates I was out of town dealing
with a family emergency and just returned over the
weekend.

I have some new sets of photos I will getting up this
week of New Years Day at the Whisky A Go Go and
Sex N Violence at the Dragonfly.

And while out of town I was able to find most of the
photos I had taken between 2001 and 2006.  I know
I'm missing some still.  Most of these photos pretty
much no one has seen except for people who bought
our print magazine before August 2005.  I will be
scanning and uploading sets randomly over the next
few weeks.  I believe we still may have a couple copies
of various issues in storage somewhere that we may
run a contest for.

Expect sets of photos of Simple Plan, Good Charlotte,
Avril Lavigne, Damone, Bullets & Octane, Allister,
Gob, Diffuser, Less Than Jake, Eve 6, Bandcamp,
Letter Kills, Autopilot Off & more over the next few
weeks.

In other news, we have recieved word that Autopilot
Off have recently gotten back together and have been
working on new music.  Expect new music soon and
hopefully a tour.

The Used have left Warner Brothers Records and have
started their own label called Dental Records. They are
currently working on their new album Vulnerable which
is due out in February 2012. The band will also be
hitting the road in January.

Good Charlotte have announced they are going on
hiatus for a while.  They have one more show
scheduled in October at a festival in Russia.  On
October 1st the band will be releasing a mixtape titled
Before The Fame: The Madden Brothers.

After another back injury Sum 41 front man, Deryck
Whibley was ordered to rest and the band had to
cancel the reminder of their 2011 tour dates. Get well
soon Deryck!

Also Happy Birthday to Sum 41 bassist Cone McCaslin!

Our hearts go out to Brittany Joyce, bassist/vocalist of The Early
Strike, all of Ryan's friends and family.  He was such a great person

February 29, 2008 11:59pm
On Wednesday evening AntiProduct was asked to drop off the show
with Wednesday 13 this Sunday night at the Penny Arcade in
Rochester, NY. Wednesday 13 is refusing to play with the band for
reasons unknown.  Here is the official statement released from
AntiProduct:

Due to circumstances beyond our control, AntiProduct will NOT be
performing at the Penny Arcade in Rochester on March 2. We are
hugely disappointed at this developement and have it on good
advice that the promoters of Sunday's event were personally
contacted by Wednesday 13's management that if former touring
partners AntiProduct were on the bill Wednesday 13 would not
perform.

You can make your own deductions from this information, as we're
sure many of you will, but we find it very selfish if not cowardly for an
established artist like Wednesday 13's management to resort to
these sort of bullying tactics, depriving both AntiProducuct's new
Rochester fans as well as his own long time fans of what could have
been a very, very special night of rock 'n' roll. After all, it's the kids
who are the boss in the equation and deserve only everything that
an artist can provide. This does not include threats and scare tactics,
at least in the world of AntiProduct.

We will make this up to you in no uncertain terms and kick your ass
twice as hard when we do!

The lineup for Sunday's show is Wednesday 13, the AKAs, Creature
Feature, The Vincent Black Shadows and others.

Allister have just announced that they will be going on "indefinite
hiatus". Here is the message bassist Scott Murphy posted on
MySpace today:

"Before we left for this last Japanese tour in October, Tim got the
news that he was going to become a father. We had the whole 3
months in Japan to discuss what would become of Allister, and in the
end Tim made the responsible decision to start a job that wouldn’t
take him out of the country for months at a time. He wanted to be
home with his girlfriend during the pregnancy, and throughout the
upbringing of their child. We had already confirmed a Japanese tour
for March, and since Tim has already entered the work force, we
have asked his brother Chris to join us overseas. We will be booking
a show in Chicago, which for all intents and purposes will be billed as
our last show. I’ll post the info when it comes.

Allister has been trucking along for a good 10 years now, and in that
time we’ve been fortunate enough to travel around the world playing
music that we love. We’ve met so many amazing people, and I feel
really fortunate to have been a part of this band… Before I get too
sappy, I just want to say thanks to everyone who supported us over
the years. Who knows what the future will hold, but for the time
being this is just the beginning of a new chapter…

Scott Murphy and Allister"

Scott along with guitarist Kyle Lewis, ex-
Mest drummer Nick Gigler
and ex-members of Homegrown and Showoff have started a new
band called The Get Go.
